Every once in a while, I bring a load of my laundry in to our store just to get the experience that our Wash and Fold customers have. I’m honestly thrilled and wonder why I never used this service before I owned our store. You probably think that it would be the cost- I probably would have thought the same thing. I’m not sure how much it would have costed 20 years ago, but even today, I can get a bunch of laundry done for less than $30. Even now I still do some of my own laundry, but using this service really helps me out when I feel like I can’t keep up with all the demands of life.
The wash and fold service really is great for busy people that just need a little help when they get behind or they had a really busy week. It feels amazing to have that chore taken off your plate for those times. There’s no rules or commitments or contracts. Just use the service whenever and however you want. Maybe there is certain items that you just hate folding or you want a bunch of underwear and socks and t-shirts done for about $20
If you’re not familiar with “wash and fold” or “drop-off” service, it simply means that you drop off your dirty laundry at Top Laundry and we wash, dry and fold it all for you. You are notified by text when your laundry order is created and you’re given an estimate of when it will be done. You will also receive a text when your laundry is done and ready to be picked up.
When you drop off your laundry, you don’t have to do anything special. Many people put it in all in a trash bag or even just bring their laundry basket in just the way it is in your house. We’ll put it in a tote (or totes), separate from anyone else’s laundry, we’ll weigh it and give you an estimate of the final cost.
One of our attendants will sort your laundry and inspect for any items that need pre-treating or special attention. She will separate as necessary and get the laundry in the washer asap. We always double check for any special instructions or preferences you have in your account and for your specific order. Your laundry is always washed and dried separately from any other orders.
After your laundry is washed and dried, that same attendant will sort and neatly fold everything you brought us. We’ll professionally bag everything in neat, organized packages and notify you that it is all ready to be picked up.
You don’t have to make a huge commitment or take on another regular expense to benefit from our wash and fold service. Give it a try on a small scale or just use it when you’re pressed for time. It could make a huge difference during those times when you just need a little extra help to keep your head above water. We’re here and we would love to help!
