1. Schedule Your Pick-up: Simply go to our website and hit the big “Schedule a Pickup” button. Choose the day and time of your pick up. You do not need to be home when we come. Just leave us a note on the website to tell us where to find it.
2. Checking Pockets: Before bagging your laundry, please check all pockets for items such as coins, keys, pens, or other objects. Although we perform an external check of pockets for safety purposes to ensure that nothing goes into our machines that could cause damage, we cannot guarantee the return of any items that maybe be left in pockets. Removing all items before pickup also helps prevent damage to your clothing & our equipment.
3. Bagging Your Laundry: Put all of your dirty laundry in trash bags. Securely tie the bag to keep everything contained. Don't worry about labeling the bags, the driver will do that when they pick them up.
4. Special Treatment Items: If you have items that require special treatment, please bag them separately. For example, delicate fabrics, garments with specific washing instructions, or items needing special attention should not be mixed with the rest of your laundry.
Include a Written Note: With the bag containing special treatment items, include a written note detailing the specific instructions. For instance: "Wash on delicate cycle" or "Spot treat stains"
5. What We Don't Handle: To avoid any confusion or damage, please do not include any items requiring hand washing or dry cleaning. We do not hand wash any items and we assume anything you send us is ok to use standard washing and drying equipment.
6. Preparing for Pickup: The morning of your scheduled pickup day, simply place your bags outside and we will handle the rest!
When we pick up your dirty laundry, we take it back to our laundromat where we practice proven methods that remove dirt and stains. We separate your items into whites, lights and darks before washing them separately from other orders with premium detergents. We offer Scented or Free & Clear options.
We promptly transfer items to dryers with premium dryer sheets or dryer balls and tumble dry on low heat until your items are free of moisture. We remove your laundry and neatly fold your garments, linens, and towels; we’ll even pair up your socks! Your laundry will be gently packed into protective bags, and our driver will deliver it back to your door- clean, fresh, and drawer ready.
